LAN commissioned by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection

LAN Associates, Engineering, Planning, Architecture, Surveying, Inc. (LAN) was commissioned by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection to provide architectural and engineering services for the design of a new 10,600 SF brooder house for the Rockport Pheasant Farm located in Rockport, New Jersey.  

LAN provided boundary, topographic and utility surveys, geotechnical investigations, septic, and architectural design for the project.  Additional engineering services included civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and construction administration services.  The project was completed on time and on budget.  

The pheasant farm will be operating at full capacity in the spring of 2011 and will generate approximately 165,000 eggs producing approximately 55,000 ring neck pheasants for the sporting public each year.
